What if my photo isn’t good enough?

We check every photo by hand before engraving. If it won’t engrave beautifully we email you within one working day and help you choose a better one. Your order doesn’t move until it’s right.

Where does the name go?

Curved along the bottom edge of the pendant, beneath the portrait, up to 30 characters – included in the price. If you’d like it somewhere else, say so in the order notes and we’ll confirm before engraving.

Will it tarnish?

No. Solid stainless steel, not plated brass – plating is what usually turns skin green. Shower-safe, though we’d take it off for swimming pools.

Can I return it?

Personalised pieces are made once, for you, so they can’t be returned for a change of mind – the standard rule for bespoke goods in the UK. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as approved, we remake or refund immediately.

What happens to my photo?

It’s used only to make your keepling, shared only with the workshop that engraves it, stored securely, and deleted from our systems within 60 days of delivery. We never use customers’ photos in marketing without written permission.
