Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from Keepling.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we email to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order – for example if we cannot produce the piece to a standard we're happy with – and if we do, you are refunded in full.

Personalisation

You are responsible for the accuracy of the photograph and the text you supply, including spelling. We reproduce what you send. A person reviews every photo before engraving and will contact you if there's a problem, but we cannot correct a name you spelled differently to how you intended.

By uploading a photograph you confirm you have the right to use it. We will not engrave content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes someone else's copyright or trade mark.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK delivery. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay – we do not add fees at the last step.

Your legal rights

Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our refund policy for how returns work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
