How long it takes

Every keepling is made to order, so nothing sits on a shelf waiting. Your order is delivered in 1–2 weeks. The photo check happens first, then the engraving, then the post.

Cost

UK delivery is free on every order. We ship to the United Kingdom only at present.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your keepling is dispatched. Everything is sent tracked.

If it doesn't arrive

If your order hasn't arrived within two weeks, email hello@keepling.uk. We will chase it, remake it, or refund it. You will never be left with nothing.

Ordering for a date

If your keepling is a gift for a particular day, order at least three weeks ahead and mention the date in your order notes. We'll do everything we can, and we'll tell you honestly if it's too tight.
