How long until it arrives?
Every keepling is made to order and delivered in 1–2 weeks. You'll get an email with tracking when it ships.
What if my photo isn't good enough?
We check every photo by hand before engraving. If it won't engrave beautifully, we email you before making anything. See The Photo Guide for what works best.
Can I put more than one pet on it?
Yes. Choose up to four pendants on one chain, or up to four discs on one keyring – one for each of them, each engraved with its own photo. Send the photos in the order notes and tell us which goes where.
Where does my text go?
Curved along the bottom edge, up to 30 characters, included in the price. If you'd like it somewhere else, say so in the order notes and we'll confirm at the photo check.
Can I return it?
Personalised pieces are made once, for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind – that's the standard rule for bespoke goods in the UK. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as approved, we remake or refund it immediately.
Will it tarnish?
No. Keeplings are solid stainless steel, not plated brass – plating is what usually turns skin green. Shower-safe, though we'd take it off for swimming pools.
What happens to my photo?
It's used only to make your keepling, stored securely, and deleted from our production systems within 60 days of delivery. We never use customers' photos in marketing without written permission.
